Since August, I have been dealing with a neighbor's cigarette smoke seeping into my apartment. They now actually clean through the breezeways, which was never done before and our units looked old sad and run down unless we personally swept out the debris. It is very clean and maintenance is very quick to respond to any small repairs. The staff are incredibly helpful and caring. (Untrue as I grew up in TN and have lived in Nashville with no problems before.) We’re proud to offer on-site maintenance, 24/7. Colonial Grand has been a wonderful place to live. The only complaint that we would have is the proximity of the train that runs along south of the property, it can loud at some points. The leasing staff have been very helpful. Two minutes to TN-100, and just 7 minutes from I-40! Starting at I just came to pick up a package from the office and the leasing manager told me she threw it away because I did not come fast enough. Love, love, love living here! Multiple times they have tried to resolve the issue and have been unable - it always returns. So pretty good so far. My unit is quiet, and the property outside is clean and well maintained. SF Landscaping is awesome. You also have to pay for trash removal and the compactor is down for days at a time and their suggestion was to go all the way to the other side of the complex or pay more money for someone to pick up our trash. 1 Available Prices rise continually. Now is a different story....where to start.... they sell it as "luxury apartments" when the kitchen and bathroom are at least 10-15 years old including the A/C unit. They’re nice to you up front and everything looks wonderful but after you move in good luck. Nashville, Parking is horrible in the new phase.
